Best iPhone XR deals Black Friday 2018
Online retailer Mobiles.co.uk appears to be the first retailer stumping up a « pre-Black Friday » sale – ahead of the big day on November 23.
The digital phone shop has revealed three separate offers on the new £749 iPhone XR as part of the sale.
The first offer gets you the phone on O2 with 15GB of data, plus unlimited minutes and texts.
That’ll cost you £34 per month with an upfront payment of £185.
- iPhone XR at O2 (15GB data) for £34 a month (£185 upfront) – buy now
This deal will cost you £1,001 upfront, which is a little higher than the iPhone XR’s outright cost.
However, if you bought the phone on its own, you’d also need to pay for a data SIM too.
O2’s 15GB SIM deal costs £20 a month, or £480 over two years – taking the total cost to £1,229.
That means you’re saving more than £200 with this deal.
If you’re looking for a little more data, there’s also an early Black Friday offer on EE.
You’ll get a very generous 50GB of data for £49 per month with zero upfront fee.
That’ll cost you £1,176 over the contract’s full 24-month run.
- iPhone XR at EE (50GB) for £49 a month (£0 upfront) – buy now
The closest SIM-only EE deal we found was 40GB for £35 a month – or £840 over 24 months.
Add that to the iPhone XR’s normal price and you get £1,589.
That means you’re saving around £400 with this contract, and getting even more data than you would otherwise.
